Terms of Service

Marketing OS is a software platform for running marketing across the channels you connect. It syncs advertising data from the Meta and Google Ads accounts you connect, reads Google Analytics and Search Console, tracks local and AI-answer search rankings, publishes to the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, TikTok accounts and YouTube channels you connect, presents reporting, and generates AI-assisted recommendations and campaign plans. Actions that spend money or publish outside the platform are applied only when you explicitly approve them, through each platform’s official API. Google Ads is read-only at this time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You may only connect ad accounts, Pages, profiles and channels you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s advertising, publishing and developer policies for the accounts you connect.
• You can disconnect any connected account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how data is handled and deleted.

The Service’s recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, and you remain solely responsible for the decisions made in your connected accounts — including budgets, spend, published content, and ad content. Changes are applied only after your approval, and new campaigns are always created in a paused state for your review.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the platform policies of Meta, Google, TikTok or YouTube.
• Attempt to access other customers’ data or probe the Service’s security.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.

Pricing, if applicable to your account, is presented at signup or in the Service. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

These terms apply if you participate in our affiliate program. The program is administered on our behalf by a third-party affiliate platform, which records referrals and issues payouts; your use of that platform is also governed by its own terms.

Commission. You earn 20% of the net amount (excluding tax, refunds and payment-processing fees) of each payment a customer you referred makes to us during the first 12 months after their first payment. Commission is credited when the payment is received, held for 30 days, and paid in the next monthly payout run once your balance reaches $50. Commission on a payment that is later refunded, disputed or charged back is reversed, and no commission is payable on a refunded or charged-back payment.

Attribution. Referrals are attributed by your tracking link only. A visitor who arrives through your link is attributed to you if they subscribe within 60 days of the most recent click on it. We do not issue coupon or discount codes for affiliate attribution, and we are not able to attribute a referral retroactively when the link was not used.

What is not allowed. Participation ends, and affected commission is voided, if you:

• Refer yourself — commission is not payable on your own account, an account of a business you own or work for, or any account you control or are compensated by, and you may not arrange for a third party to place a referral on your behalf.
• Bid on our brand terms — including “KeyesCode”, “Marketing OS”, our product or domain names and close variants or misspellings — in paid search or paid social, use them in ad display URLs, or run ads that present themselves as us.
• Make claims about results, performance, pricing, features, rankings, revenue or customer numbers that we do not publish ourselves, or describe features that do not exist. Testimonials must be your own genuine experience.
• Promote through coupon, deal, cashback or loyalty sites, incentivised traffic, browser extensions that inject or overwrite tracking, cookie stuffing, or any other method that claims a referral you did not originate.
• Send unsolicited email or messages, register domains, social accounts or app listings that incorporate our trademarks, or misrepresent your relationship with us. You are an independent participant, not our employee, agent or partner, and you may not sign anything or make commitments on our behalf.

We may change the commission rate, attribution window, payout thresholds or these rules, or end the program, with notice by email or in the affiliate platform; a change applies to referrals made after it takes effect. We may withhold or reverse commission that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, self-referred, or in breach of these terms. Full program details are on our affiliate program page.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyesCode LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or advertising spend — arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, notified in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
